Ursine Capital OZ Fund LLC (UROZ) is offering a unique up to $50 million opportunity to earn substantial returns by investing in a pro-actively constructed Opportunity Zone Fund in Illinois.

Ursine Capital OZ Fund was created in 2020 by serial entrepreneur and visionary Leon Heywood, who over an illustrious career spanning 20 years has built and successfully exited multiple enterprises. Including Elixir International and The HIND Group.

Mr Heywood has actively spotted that in a post COVID world there will be opportunities for those astute among us to acquire large portfolios of distressed assets and with the feeling of liberation felt across the globe, these once dead industries will be able to rise back to their once formidable stations.

UROZ has an exclusive agreement with The HIND Group North America to fund their expansion giving Ursine capital access to exponential growth and solid returns even in a turbulant economic landscape

Ursine Capital can and will deliver both a high income and high capital gains all while reducing the investor's overall capital gains liabilities. Ursine Capital will invest in both real estate assets and The HIND Group North America which in turn will allow the fund to receive an average of 12% per annum on the capital invested.

Ursine OZF's initial focus will be around central Illinois allowing us to not only maintain our portfolio at the required 70% of capital deployed into opportunity zones but also giving us a greater access to the desired destressed assets with the greatest potential for an uplift realisation.

Ursine Capital has already signed exclusive agreements with a number of entities that will allow us to deploy capital across multiple sectors

Debt to Equity

Ursine Capital has agreed to fund each of these ventures and their acquisition of both destressed assets and real estate where independent tests have demonstrated a significant amount potential uplift.

Ursine’s offering is a convertible debt instrument secured by purchased assets. The Notes pay 12% annual interest out of the income Ursine receives from each of these ventures in return for financing their asset acquisitions. Upon maturity, Ursine Noteholders will have an option to convert their notes into 20%* equity of these ventures, giving them the option for potentially lucrative capital gains on top of the fixed income yield.

* Equity conversion option is based on a total investment of $50 million. A total offering less than $50 million would see a proportional decrease in the percentage ownership from a conversion to equity.
